To experience a bad day is to be a human.
No matter how well we plan, things can go off the rails. 
One bad thing leads to another and like dominoes, everything crashes and we wonder why we even bothered to get out of bed.
We all live such busy lives, especially now as we rapidly approach the holiday season and demands on our time and talents increase.
Fortunately, there are things we can do to restore and set us to rights again.
Best of all, the place to regain our balance is home sweet home.
